Google Local Results With Stars To Bookmark Places In Google Maps

As reported at Search Engine Land, Google is testing (as I cannot see it myself) adding large stars to the local knowledge graph box in the web search results. So if you search for local relevant results, and if a single listing shows up at the top right of the page, it may contain a white star. If you click the star, it will turn gold and then save the location to your Google Maps saved bookmarked locations.

So clicking on it will place it in your Google Maps history.

Kind of a dumb thing to use the star like that if you ask me when you have the review stars right there below it. I think some people will get confused by that. They should have just used a hyperlink saying 'bookmark' I think.
